Nowadays many people wish a sculptural body at all
costs. For this reason, these people go
on a diet in order to get to be in
the peak of condition. However, those diets are not healthy, because they
lose weight quickly drinking smoothies and eating very little meal.
Due to the fact that they don't eat healthy food and do exercise without the vitamins that
they need, they can feel faint and
even they can break a wrist or sprain an ankle owing to the fact that
they do not have enough strength.
Besides, the miracle diets have a rebound effect,
because you lose weight quickly but you will put on so much weight, therefore everybody should lose weight
little by little since thus it will be much more difficult to gain weight and you
will feel fairly healthy.
All in all, this means that everyone should have a healthy life
and to give up junk food and the diets which are not wholesome. Thus, from my
point of view, it's better to lose weight little by little and therefore we
will not have health problems.
